  • 1 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. grenadine
  • Sparkling wine
  • Ice cubes

Fill shaker with ice and pour in gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and grenadine. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine.

Anchors Away

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1 oz. sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz. Cointreau
  • 1 oz. blood orange juice
  • Soda water

Fill shaker with ice and pour in gin, vermouth, Cointreau and blood orange juice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with soda water. Add twist of orange rind to garnish.

Blind Eye

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1 tsp. wasabi powder
  • Half of lemon
  • 1 tsp. Coco Lopez
  • 1 in. cucumber slice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Sesame seeds
  • Whole cucumber

Muddle cucumber, lemon and wasabi in a shaker. Add Coco Lopez and gin—shake vigorously. Cut 2 inches of cucumber, carefully core out the middle to make a cup. Pour mixture into cored cup. Garnish with salt, pepper and sesame seeds.

Breakwater

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 2 oz. fresh juiced celery
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 6 tarragon leaves
  • 2 basil leaves
  • Half of lemon

Muddle basil, tarragon, and a squeeze of lemon in a shaker. Fill shaker with ice and add gin, celery juice, simple syrup and ground pepper. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

  • 1/2 oz. Orgeat
  • 3 oz. Fresca
  • Sprig of fresh rosemary

  • 1½ oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
  • 3 oz. Concord grape juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with Concord grapes or basil leaf.

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 2 oz. fig & honey reduction*
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Foam cocktail

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigrorously. Strain into coupe or champagne glass. Garnish with lemon zest.

*Fig & Honey Reduction Recipe
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 Black Mission figs (fresh or dried)

Bring ingredients to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes, let cool, then mash and strain figs.

Mari-Thyme

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 fresh thyme sprigs
  • Splash of club soda

Muddle (1) thyme sprig and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, simple syrup, elderflower liqueur and ice—shake well. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice and top with soda. Garnish with remaining thyme sprig.

  • Star anise for garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with star anise.

*Pear Simple Syrup Recipe
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 pears, cored & cut

Simmer all ingredients over medium heat for 10 minutes. Cool and add to a blender and strain.

Pirate Eye

  • 1½ oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 2 sweet mini peppers
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • Pinch of ancho chile
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 3 dashes celery bitters
  • Pinch of fresh oregano
  • 3 dashes Frothee

Cut a pepper ring for garnish, set aside. Muddle remaining peppers, fresh oregano and lemon juice in a shaker. Add ancho chile, simple syrup and bitters. Muddle until pulverized. Add all remaining ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with pepper ring.

Scurvy Survivor

  • 1½ oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 lime
  • 1/2 oz. Licor 43
  • 3 oz. soda water
  • 6 dashes orange bitters

Muddle sugar and lime (with peel) until sugar dissolves in the shaker. Add gin, Licor 43 and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into rocks glass with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with lime wheel.

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 2 oz. limoncello
  • Club soda
  • Half a lemon

Fill shaker wih ice and pour in gin and limoncello. Shake well and strain liquid into a martini glass. Top drink with club soda and a squeeze of lemon.

  • Splash of champagne
  • Sprig of rosemary

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 2 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)

Fill shaker with ice and pour in gin, grapefruit juice, vermouth and juice of half a lemon. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass over ice.

Triple Berry Tonic

  • 1½ oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1 oz. Chambord
  • 3 raspberries
  • 6 blackberries
  • 6 blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 lime
  • Splash of tonic water

Muddle berries, sugar and lime in a shaker. Add gin, Chambord and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass, add ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with one of each berry and/or lime slice.

  • 1½ oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 oz. mint vanilla syrup*
  • 1 tbsp. Coco Lopez

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until ice cream is melted. Pour into martini glass. Garnish with mint.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 sprigs mint
  • 1 vanilla bean

Bring ingredients to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool completely, then remove bean and mint.

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1½ oz. Orgeat
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 5 sweet black cherries

Remove seeds from cherries. Muddle in a shaker with lime juice. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lime zest.

Goddess of Sun

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 3 oz. fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 oz. Szechuan simple syrup*
  • Sun spice for rim**(optional)

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with sun spice.

*Szechuan Simple Syrup Recipe
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup dried Szechuan peppers

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Stir regularly to ensure sugar is dissolved. Continue to cook over low heat 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Strain using a fine mesh strainer.

**Sun Spice Equal parts sugar and chili powder. Rub cut lime on rim of martini glass, then coat with spice mixture.

Plum Fizz

  • 1½ oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1 oz. plum shrub*
  • 4 oz. soda water

Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice. Garnish with a thinly sliced plum.

*Plum Shrub Recipe
  • 1 lb plums, quartered & pits removed
  • 1 cup demerara (light brown cane sugar)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Let plums and demerara sit for one hour at room temperature. Add apple cider vinegar. Muddle, cover and refrigerate for at least six hours. Strain and use.

  • 2 oz. Seven Seas Syrup*
  • 1 oz. lime juice

Add ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lime, anise pod and a few peppercorns.

*Seven Seas Syrup Recipe
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. peppercorn
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. fennel seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. crystallized ginger
  • 3 star anise pods

Bring ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and then simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool completely, strain and store.

Sweet Basil Gimlet

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 4 sweet basil leaves

Clap the basil in hands to release its flavor. Muddle basil with lime juice in a shaker, then add remaining ingredients. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with cucumber and basil.

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • ½ oz. maraschino liqueur
  • ½ oz. Kirsch cherry brandy
  • 1 oz. gum syrup
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp. grenadine
  • Egg white or foam enhancer

Add grenadine to bottom of a coupe glass and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into the coupe glass. Garnish with a dark cherry and a pineapple feather.

Uptown Gimlet

  • 1½ oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1½ oz. raspberry syrup*
  • 1 drop rose water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 oz. sparkling water

In a shaker, shake egg white dry for 1 minute. Add ice, gin, lime juice, raspberry syrup and rose water. Shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Add sparkling water.

*Raspberry Syrup Recipe
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Heat water and sugar over medium heat for 10 minutes. Let cool. Add raspberries and mash to a pulp. Strain with fine mesh strainer.
